Information About School fees

Please Read Carefully

  1. All the School fees must be paid in full on or before the beginning of the semester. School fees once paid are NOT refundable.
  2. Any delayed fees shall be charged a monthly interest of 1.5% for the period the fees is delayed. ( This includes post-dated cheques given by parents)
  3. Please ensure that full names and admission numbers of the student are clearly indicated in the pay-in-slip.
  4. Remember to get the pay-in-slip, which you will present to the school.
  5. Sibling discounts on TUITION FEES are applicable to the 2nd child at a rate of 12%.
  6. The above fees (on page 1 table 1) indicate the cost for Tuition and Boarding services but do not include books and stationery. (Check miscellaneous fees).
  7. Applications for placement at the school are only processed on the submission of a duly completed application form and on payment of a non-refundable REGISTRATION FEE of Kshs. 20,000/
  8. Any cost incurred by the School in pursuing the recovery by any outstanding School fees shall be borne by the Parent/Guardian.
  9. Parents who withdraw their child/ children at any time for leave, or for any other reason during the term are liable for the full term’s fees. No fees will be refunded
  10. A FULL TERM’S NOTICE in writing and the Principal’s acknowledgment in writing of the same is mandatory a requirement for withdrawals else, a full term’s fee is payable in lieu of such notice.
  11. NB: Parents whose children are CANDIDATES are required to clear all School Fees before the beginning of the semester; otherwise they will not be registered for Examinations.
  12. Parents who do not adhere to this policy are bound to accept any action instituted by the School in pursuing the payment of fees
  13. Jurisdiction: The Parties hereby agree that the Courts of Kenya and the applicable Kenya Law shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from this Agreement.
